Shipping Fees
We offer free worldwide express shipping on orders above certain thresholds (depending on the currency). If your order is below that amount, shipping costs will vary based on your destination and will be shown at checkout.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We process orders within 1–2 business days before dispatch. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.
International Shipping:
DHL Express
Europe, US, Canada & Rest of World: 2–3 business days
FedEx Express
US, Canada & Australia: 3–6 business days
Rest of World: 3–5 business days
Note: Delivery times start counting once the order leaves our warehouse. Some regions may take longer.
VAT & Duties
United States: Orders up to $800 are duty- and VAT-free.
EU & Selected Countries: Orders ship DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), meaning taxes and duties are already included in your final price.
United Kingdom: VAT and any import duties (on orders over £135) are fully covered by ITSX.
Rest of World: Orders ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), meaning taxes and duties may be charged upon delivery.

Insurance & Liability
All shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once delivered and signed for, insurance coverage ends.
If you choose to waive the signature requirement with the courier, you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage.
